Scope & Estimate
Detailed scope document and a transparent estimate — line-item, no-surprise pricing. You see what you're paying for before you sign anything.
Permitting
We handle every permit submittal, plan-review correction, and re-submittal. Lee or Collier county, residential or commercial — the city paperwork is on us.
Construction
We self-perform shell and site work, coordinate every trade, and run a clean job site. Weekly progress updates so you always know where things stand.
Inspection & Handoff
Final inspections, punch-list resolution, and a clean handoff — to you, your finish trades, or your tenant. No loose ends, no unfinished business.
Warranty & Support
Post-project warranty documentation and ongoing support. If something needs attention after we leave, you call Jay directly — same as you did on day one.
