What We Do
Draft Construction serves as your general contractor on ground-up builds across Southwest Florida. We manage the entire project from pre-construction planning and permitting through foundation, shell, MEP coordination, finishes, and CO. Whether it's a single-family custom home, a duplex, or a small commercial building, we self-perform the structural work and coordinate every trade on site. Our job is to keep your build on schedule, on budget, and built to Florida code — period. We've delivered new construction projects across Lee and Collier County and bring the same hands-on, no-excuses approach to every one.
Pre-Construction Planning
Budget development, plan review, value engineering, and permit strategy before we break ground.
Full Trade Coordination
We schedule and manage every sub — plumbing, electric, HVAC, drywall, paint, flooring — so you don't have to.
Self-Performed Structure
We self-perform the shell (block, frame, truss, roof) so the most critical phase stays in our hands.
Inspections & Close-Out
We handle every inspection, punch list item, and final walkthrough through certificate of occupancy.
